With seven years each as a competitive gymnast and cyclist, several long treks, climbing routes, and peaks climbed, I love sport. But, it is not something that I can just wake up and go do, it takes preparation to avoid injury, to enjoy the journey, and to meet my goals. Over the years, I have compiled quite a lot of experience in how to train for specific goals as well as for better fitness, and thus health, enabling me to help others develop training, and resting, schedules that fit their lives. But I’ve also learned that life can require a different kind of coaching as well, someone to help us find our inner wisdom to answer our own questions and fulfill our goals and dreams. I have studied the art of Enlightened Coaching to use as a tool in my practice. As your coach, I can be help you find your answers through my training to ask powerful questions, through curiosity and intuition. I help you develop strategies and use resources, such as yoga, meditation, and breathing, to direct you to your goals. Together, we develop solutions that you not only can live with and follow, you actually enjoy the journey! In time, you master the process and no longer need me as a guide; you are your own guide.
